I have posted the crash report below. I managed to start up off the 'Install Disk' and ran the Disk Repair Utility which came up with everything being OK.

I opened the side of the machine and found the lower memory board near the bottom of the computer has one red light lit up. It's the DIMM3 light. I should mention that a month ago the computer failed to even start up at all. Before taking in for repair as the computer is under a year old I cleaned out some of the build up of dust inside and on the boards with a vacuum cleaner making sure I didn't touch anything. After doing this the machine started up again.
