In that role, based out of Vancouver, Wash., Mr. Fisher oversaw the administration functions of the VISN, a system of 8 medical centers and 31 clinics in a four state region. He had also served as VISN 20 Chief Financial Officer from May 2006 to March 2008. Fisher has over 20 years of federal government experience. He began his VA career as an accounting technician and spent thirteen years at the New Orleans VA Medical Center in a variety of positions to include Chief Financial Officer. In this role he received numerous commendations from the network, particularly in recognition of his accomplishments in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
During his federal tenure, he has gained direct experience in all aspects of federal financial systems, as well as revenue, compliance and human resources functions. In 2007, he successfully completed VA’s Health Care Leadership Institute Training, an advanced training program offered to a limited number of future leaders within the organization. Fisher received his B.A.

Davis is responsible for the health care system's administrative operations, resource management, and strategic planning. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Davis served as Associate Director at the VA Maine Healthcare System from 2013-2015. She also served as the Interim Medical Center Director at VA Long Beach Healthcare System from August through December 2016 and Interim Medical Center Director at Mann-Grandstaff VA in Spokane, WA from June through December 2017. Davis began her VA career in 2004 at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) as a Fellow of the Graduate Healthcare Administration Training Program working primarily in the areas of quality management, patient safety, cultural transformation for dementia care, and compliance/business integrity. After her Fellowship in 2005, she became the Compliance Officer at VAPHS, a position she held until relocating to Arlington, Texas in 2007 as the Strategic Planning Program Specialist for VISN 17. Davis became the Executive Assistant to the Director at VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS), serving in that capacity for approximately five years.
